Birthday Cake Protein Pudding

Protein Pudding
Throw out those crappy frappes- this pudding is just as delicious (if not more so) and half the calories.  Not to mention it has 20g of protein!  This birthday cake protein pudding is the JAM!
You’ll need:
*2 TSP Vanilla
*1 1/2 Scoop Birthday Cake Protein powder from AboutTime (Use code HAPPILYHUGHES)
*1 Package Organic Vanilla Pudding Mix
*2 Cups Almond Milk
*Optional 2 TBSP Chia Seeds
1. Put a saucepan on medium heat.
2. Pour milk, vanilla, protein powder, almond milk, and pudding mix into the saucepan.  You can also add the chia seeds if you want.  Then mix thoroughly.
3. Continue to mix as it comes to a boil.  Once boiling, cook for 1 minute longer, then remove from heat and pour into containers of choice.
4. Refrigerate for 2 hours+ then enjoy!

  1. Oooh that looks vry good. I have some Birthday Cake protein powder but haven't tried it yet. This is the recipe I needed to get me to open that container! Thank you.

I hadn't realized that pudding powders worked with almond milk…

  2. This sounds good. I use muscle milk cake batter protein powder in a few different recipes – haven't tried something like this yet. Thanks for the suggestion.

  3. This looks delicious! I really need to try that birthday cake protein powder once I finish the protein powder I already have! *-* It sounds so good!

  4. I would have to swap out the almond milk but I love this idea! It sounds like something yummy the whole family can enjoy. My kids would love helping me make this and definitely would love eating it!!

  5. Cool recipe! I've been seeing a lot of pancake recipes made with about time but never a pudding! I only really like vanilla wafer pudding but this looks good. I love birthday cake anything.

  6. Oh yum! Now this looks and sounds like the best pudding ever! I love how much protein is packed into a small and tasty treat! I am going to look into the About Time powder too. Thanks for sharing! Stopping in from the Friday Share with Learn To Blog! 🙂

  7. Wow! I wish I had this on my birthday! (Okay–well the melted chocolate cake was insanely good.) Have a great weekend!
