Caramel Mocha Protein Frappe

With it still being hot as Hades here in Georgia, I’ve been needing a new way to start my day.  Hot coffee on a day that’s gonna be 100 degrees plus humidity?  No thank you my friend.  So I’ve been playing around with some different recipes and made this Caramel Mocha Protein Frappe that’s dairy free!  But more importantly, it is D-E-L-I-S-H!

It is serious delicious!  And the best part it’s only 270 calories with 24 grams of protein!  On top of that, you get extra potassium from the banana and calcium from the ice cream.  It’s a great way to start your day!

So Delicious Dairy Free® is a favorite ice cream of the Hughes’.  I like that it’s Non-GMO project verified and doesn’t contain high fructose corn syrup, artificial colors, flavors or preservatives.  The rest of the family just loves it because it’s delicious!  My favorite flavor is of course the Salted Caramel, while Jason enjoys the Strawberry.  Hudson isn’t partial to either and steals both of ours with similar excitement.  But for my Vegan friends, So Delicious Dairy Free® is certified Vegan (dairy and egg free) and Kosher as well!  I always pick up this delicious frozen treat at Walmart when I’m grabbing the rest of my groceries.
